Jerome Galli is an attorney focusing on trust and estate litigation, conservatorships, estate planning, and the administration of decedent’s estates. His trust and estate litigation experience includes trustee removal actions, accounting controversies, will and trust contests, family business disputes and legal actions to stop financial elder abuse and recover misappropriated assets. He advocates for clients regularly in the Superior Courts for Santa Clara County and San Mateo County and other courts throughout the state.
Jerome prepares estate plans, including trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and advance health care directives. He advises trustees in the administration of trusts and represents executors in probate estates. He is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law, as determined by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization.
Jerome was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1997. He is a graduate of Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in Washington D.C. (J.D. 1996) and the University of San Diego (B.A. 1993). Jerome grew up in Los Altos.
